DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL

Arriving at Noi Bai airport, after clearing immigration and customs, you will be met and privately transferred to the hotel. Check in and relax after a long flight. Stay overnight at the hotel in Ha Noi.

DAY 02: HANOI CITY - TRAIN TO SAPA TOWN (B)

After having breakfast, you will have fullday city tour. Hanoi, capital of Vietnam, oriental style old buildings, luxuriant trees along street, local market, motor-bikes, etc, A city tour in Hanoi will give you the first impression of oriental. In the city tour, you will visit the Hochiminh Mausoleum and his former, the One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Vietnam Museum of Ethnology or Vietnam History Museum, Hoan Kiem Lake and a Cyclo tour to the old quarter of Hanoi. Finish your day off at the Thang Long Opera Theatre for a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. In the evening, car transfer to the train station to catch your night train to Laocai.

DAY 03: SAPA TOUR (B)

The train arrives at the Laocai railway station in the early morning. Your guide and driver will meet you there and take you on the 40km drive to Sapa – Northwest Vietnam’s premier travel destination. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then catch a few hours of rest before beginning your adventure in this beautiful mountain landscape and home to many minority hill tribe peoples. In the late morning, your guide will take you on a two hour trek through the terraced rice fields to visit the villages Cat Cat and Sin Chai, where you will learn about local traditions and daily life. Rest of the day, you are free at leisure or explore the town on your own.

DAY 04: SAPA TREKKING - TRAIN BACK HANOI (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, before setting out on a full day’s trek to explore Sapa’s cultural diversity and haunting natural beauty. Take a guided hike through yawning valleys decorated with terraced rice fields and pass through remote hill tribe villages. You have three trekking options to choose from: Soft trek (~ 3 km), medium trek (~ 6km) and long trek (~ 12km). Trekking is an excellent way to explore the daily life and familiarize yourself with the cultures of the H’mong, Dzao and Dzay people who populate the region. Have lunch at a hill tribe village then drive back to Laocai to catch your return night train to Hanoi.

DAY 05: HANOI FREE LEISURE (B)

Arrive in Hanoi in the early morning. Your guide and driver will meet you at the railways station and take you to hotel for check in. You will have free time the whole day to have a rest and discover Ha Noi capital by yourself. Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 06: HANOI - HALONG BAY CRUISE (B,L,D)

Arrive in Hanoi in the early morning. Your guide and driver will meet you at the railways station and take you to a local restaurant for breakfast, before setting out on a 3 to 4 hour drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site: Halong Bay. Spend 24 hours on a traditional Junk Cruise in the amazing bay: a natural wonderland composed of jutting limestone islands and sparkling turquoise waters. Arrive at the dock around noon and board your junk. Savor a gourmet lunch of fresh seafood onboard as we sail out into the mystical bay. In the afternoon, cruise around some of Halong’s many islands, including Dinh Huong and Ga Choi. Along the way visit one of the bay’s 3 largest caves (Thien Cung, Dau Go or Sung Sot). Stop at an island cove with a sheltered white-sand beach and take a dip in the warm waters of the Tonkin Gulf (weather permitting). Pass the night on your junk, lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of calm waters.

DAY 07: HALONG - NINH BINH CONTRYSIDE (B,L)

Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the sunrise over the bay’s towering islands. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea, before setting out to explore nearby islands by rowboat. Return to the junk for breakfast then take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of Bai Tu Long Bay as you navigate back to Halong City. Have brunch on board the boat before returning to Halong pier. Your driver will meet you at the dock and transfer to Ninh Binh. En route stop in Thai Binh, a unique and wealthy region with am artistic culture. This region is home to the cheo songs (opera) and water puppetry. Arrive in Ninh Binh, set deep in the heart of the Red River Delta where vast rice paddies and lotus flower lakes are surrounded by towering limestone mountains and pristine evergreen forests. The area is rich in history as well. Upon arrival. Overnight in Ninh Binh.

DAY 08: NINH BINH - HANOI - FLY TO HUE (B)

After breakfast, visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Explore the relics and remains of temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, the two 10th century heroes who build this citadel city.  Then, taka small bamboo sampan to travel into the Tam Coc Bichdong ("three caves"). This three-hour excursion travels along the Ngo Dong river, beginning at the village of Van Lam and proceeding through a scenic landscape dominated by rice fields and karst mountains. See the Bich Dong pagodaon nearby Ngu Nhac Mountain. Dating back to 1428, it is comprised of three structures: the Ha, Trung, and Thuong Pagodas. Your guided tour gives you the history of the pagoda and the region, culminating with a beautiful panoramic view top. Back to Ha Noi for evening flight to Hue. Check in hotel and overnnight in Hue City.

DAY 09: HUE FULL DAY CITY TOUR (B,L)

Today we will do full-day city tour. Starting by boat trip on Perfume River to visit the picturesque Thien Mu Pagoda, then visit Minh Mang King Tomb. Transfer back to Hue center for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a visit to the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City. After that, walking around and shopping in Dong Ba Market. Stay overnight in Hue City.

DAY 10: HUE - DANANG - HOIAN (B)

After having breakfast, drive to Hoi An ancient town. The scenery on the way is very beautiful, do not forget bring your camera, taking a lot of pictures. Stop at Lang Co beach for coffee and refreshments before winding our way up the spectacular Hai Van Pass to admire the stunning views north to Lang Co beach and south to Da Nang City. Continue on our way down to the other side and head to Da Nang where we will stop at the Cham Museum, the famed Vietnam Beach. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 11: HOIAN - MYSON - CITY TOUR (B)

Morning, have breakfast. Then guide and car pick you up to 4th century Cham religious sanctuary of My Son, located in a beautiful green valley surrounded by impressive mountains. In the afternoon, do ½ day Hoi An city tour, visit Temple Kwan, Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky Ancient House, Phung Hung house, Japanese Bridge and cultural show rooms in Hoi An. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 12: TRAQUE VILLAGE COOKING CLASS (B,L)

Morning, have breakfast. Moring guide pick up you at the hotel. Take a bike to the downtown, stop by Hoi An’s colorful central market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. So make sure your camera is handy. 10:00 bike to Tra Que vegetable village. Welcome drink for rest and walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here. 11:00 Work together with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked. In the afternoon, you will have free time to cycling around the ancient town, swiming at Hoi An Beach, enjoy a cup of coffee on side of Thu Bon River. Overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 15: HOIAN -  DA NANG - FLY TO NHATRANG (B)

Free until transfer to Danang airport for flight to Nha Trang - the country's premier resort town. Arrive in Nha Trang, transfer to the hotel for check in. In the rest of day, take free leisure for swimming on Nha Trang beach and city discovery. Stay overnight at hotel in Nha Trang.

DAY 16: NHA TRANG ISLANDS AND SNORKELING TOUR  (B,L)

Start from your hotel to Cau Da port. Visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium, snorkeling in Mun Island, where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. You will also be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nest. Then relaxing, swimming & doing water sports (expenses excluded) or other activities at Mot Island, Tranh Beach Island or on a small island calling “Mini beach”. On the way back you will visit a fishing village before going to the shore, back to the hotel. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.

DAY 17: NHATRANG - HO CHI MINH - CITY TOUR (B)

Transfer to Cam Ranh airport for morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, car and guide pick up for half day city tour visit: Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post office, Dong Khoi Street, Ben Thanh market, Thien Hau Pagoda, China Town. Free at the rest of day. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 18: CUCHI TUNNELS - TAY NINH (B)

This morning explore the amazing network of the Cu Chi Tunnels, which housed entire underground guerrilla villages during the American War in Vietnam. Later you will travel to Tay Ninh to experience the midday service at the colorful head temple of the unique Cao Dai religion. In the afternoon drive back to Saigon.

DAY 19: HO CHI MINH - MEKONG HOMESTAY (B,D)

In the morning, car and guide transfer from Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Be (Tien Giang Province). Arrive in Cai Be, transfer toward the tourist boat station, you will be welcomed with cold towels, fresh coconut. Boating and enjoying the fresh air on the Mekong river, the tourists visit the floating market, the original style of commerce on the Mekong river, will be dizzy of boats on the river. Visiting the local poprice, coconut candy workshop and knowing the ways bee-breeding tasting honey tea by breezy river.
Crossing the Mekong river to An Binh island visiting a hundred year ancient house (Mr.Cai Cuong), a landlord’s one in the past, a combination between Vietnamese-French architecture in the Mekong delta (if low tide, tourists will visit another local house, knowing about the daily activities of the locals). Taking about 20 minutes for rowing sampan or cycling along the village paths with discovery feelings. Boating to the local family. In the afternoon, walking to village paths, stop at the local house to know the real rural life in the early evening. Preparing and having dinner, is the wonderful things for tourist in cosy evening with the local ones. Overnight in local family home.

DAY 20: MEKONG - CANTHO (B)

In the early morning, having breakfast, say goodbye to the family. Boating to An Binh Garden, enjoying a cup of tea and some of the local tropical fruits and listening to the traditional music, is the best chance for relaxation. Cruising along Co Chien river, visiting brick & pottery kilns where the tourist  know how to make the brick and the pottery from the local clay and styles with the traditional technique. Visiting Tien Chau, a  national cutural relic. Finish at An Binh ferry station.
Drive to Can Tho City - is the biggest city of the Mekong Delta. Arive in Can Tho, check in your hotel. In the afternoon, we visit Binh Thuy Ancient House - it was built in 1870 with French style in architecture but still remained trational features of Southern style. Back Can Tho City. Free to discover the city at night. Overnight in Can Tho City.

DAY 21: CANTHO - FLY TO PHUQUOC ISLAND (B)

In early morning, take boat trip to visit Cai Rang Market. It is said that “not being in Cai Rang floating market means not knowing the land of Tay Do – an old name of Can Tho”. Cai Rang floating market, one of the famous floating markets of the Southwest, specializes in selling fruits and agricultural products of the whole region.There are hundred boats gather together where their owners start to sell agri - products. To be recognized easily, they hang out product samples on a long bamboo (called Cay Beo) in front of the boats, so that they do not need to cry their wares as in mainland market. Then, transfer to Can Tho Airport for flight to Phu Quoc Island. Free at leisure for the rest of day in beautiful island. Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.
